Jaak Ennuste, our General Partner and Key Mentor, was facilitating a workshop in Brussels, as part of the intensive 2023 EBAN Summit about Lean Startup framework. We discussed with startups from a dozen different countries how to reach the best product-market fit with the least amount of investment burned. How to avoid vanity KPIs, how to avoid waste in product development. Discussed, how to increase the likelihood of success. We also did a thought experiment, whether their startup, which took 6 months to one year from the idea to the market, could have been completed 10x faster and cheaper.
