Team and talent, finances and cashflow projections, IP and terms&conditions, innovation strategy, tactics and tools, design thinking.  Customer Development, Customer Experiments and Experiment Design. Prototyping. Interaction design. Sales and marketing (brand, marketing channels and tactics). Growth Hacking. Pitching. 

Also we are big fans of weekly team stand-ups, or monitoring and reporting the success, using progress-plans-problems, retrospective or any other format.

Together with our partner Next Media Accelerator we are going to bring The Product Field (http://productfield.com) model to Estonia. The Product Field is a comprehensive model and tested toolbox for product thinking, which helps to create a shared understanding of product thinking; survey and navigate the context you’re working in; design and refine the value proposition; identify potential for improvement and the tools to realize it; stay honest, escape delusions and avoid blind spots.

By the end of the program, the startups will have business model, working prototype, slide deck to investors and a clear vision what to do next.
